There are various different types of broadcast channels to which users can subscribe to.
Once subscribed to a channel, users will receive broadcasts, multicasts and unicast messages as and when they are sent out on the respective channels. A Channel can also be used for Enquiries and Service requests.
The app also supports structured chats and discussions on some of the messages that are sent out.
Users can unsubscribe from a channel any time they wish, to stop receiving any further broadcast messages.
